Today has been such a test and trial for me as a mother. Nothing very significant happened at all. Except that my children, namely the older one, drove me nuts all day long today. It started out at 5:15 this morning when he woke up to go to the bathroom and never went back to sleep. I won't go into many details about that rest of the day, only that I feel like I screamed at my children oh too many times today. I threatened Zach that Santa wasn't going to bring him any presents probably 4 times today, I don't think he buys it. Anyways, I am glad that the day has ended and they are both peacefully sleeping, for the moment. I am hoping that I can start over again tomorrow and be much more calm. Isn't that the great thing about little kids though? You CAN start over the next day, because they are so good at forgiving and forgetting.
sigh, thank goodness for bedtime.

You are a fabulous mom and a great friend...you brightened up my boring day!! I'm sure it also helped having an extra kid for a little while.....
Ahh yes I know days like that. Of Course I only have one kid which I can only imagine gets even better with two kids. Who knows maybe I will stick with one kid.
