Last Saturday we took advantage of the nice weather and took the kids out for one last hike before the snow comes.
We didn't hike the whole trail, but we hiked for over an hour. I was so proud of Brooklyn, she did great.

Will loved everything about our little adventure.
I wish Brooklyn would find a new face to make in her pictures.

I guess it's a good thing we went, because it's supposed to start snowing tomorrow!

6 months

Will turned 6 months old about 2 weeks ago, but I am just catching up from Halloween and other stuff going on. He is doing great. His weight is right at 50% and his length is 91%. He is such a happy little baby and our whole family absolutely loves this little guy!
So happy and unsuspecting of anything!
Look at how happy and trusting he looks. "Mom, would never let them hurt me!"
video
Ty asked if I would take pictures of him getting his shots. So here you go.
Sad I know.
I am really enjoying this age with him. I am sure I did just as much with Zach and Brooklyn, but I just love this little guy. He will smile at anyone and is so good! I seriously smother him and wish he would just let me cuddle him, but of course, he is squirming all the time.

Halloween Festivities

We took the kids trick or treating to the Junction downtown Ogden

Brooklyn's Bat costume was one of my favorite's.
We decided that Zach was going to be a mummy and he was super excited.

The kids had a great Halloween. We went trick or treating to my work, had the missionaries over for soup and breadsticks, went to our ward's Trunk or Treat, took them out for a little more trick or treating, and had them home and in bed by 7:30. SCORE.

Prize for the Best Dad

Friday night, I had to work. Tyson got a call at about 5:30 pm from a coworker. He told him he had some extra tickets to the Jazz game if he wanted them. Tyson loaded up all three kids by himself, drove 50 minutes to SLC and took the kids to the Jazz game. What a great daddy!
Their seats were two rows from the very very very top ha ha ha!
The kids had a blast. Even Will enjoyed all the excitement.

Zach and Brooklyn had so much fun going to the game with their dad. Ty earned some major points for being such a "fun" dad.

It's Official...

I am 30!

Ty and I at Sonora Grill
The food was DELICIOUS, and so awesome without KIDS!!!
Completely Satisfied!

Today was the big 3-0 for me and to tell you the truth, it didn't hurt that bad. I had a great day. As Ty was leaving for work, he gave me my present, a very cute jacket he picked out all by himself. (I am wearing it in the pic, it is much cuter in person.) My mom came up and took me to lunch and shopping. I recieved so many calls, texts, and emails wishing me a happy birthday. I got some beautiful flowers and some fun halloween accessories. Tyson got a babysitter for the kids and is taking me to Sonora grill. All in all it was a great day. I do feel a little old though. Sniff sniff.

Family Photos

My ever talented and generous friend, Meegan, brought her cute self down to photograph my family this weekend. We had such a fun time with Meegan, Jason, and Keaton. The kids were surprisingly cooperative during the photo time. I was so happy with the way they turned out!
****Disclaimer****....these photos have not been edited at all by Meegan, I just put them on my blog and added an antique color. The finished product will look much better, but I am the most impatient person ever, so I had to post them NOW.

Thank you Meegan!!!!

Pumpkins

The kids and I spent the week down in St. George hanging out with my cousin Rindy and her kids. We decided that we needed to start doing little projects like our moms did when they used to get together. Rindy came up with this cute idea to paint pumpkins and embelish them with felt. They were so fun to make and I loved the way they turned out.
